My work focuses on individuals navigating ADHD, the impact of emotional abuse, persistent negative thinking, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling “too much” or “not enough,” often overwhelmed by their own minds. Together, we unpack those patterns, identify the roots of self-doubt, and build practical tools for emotional stability and empowerment.
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed frameworks — always tailored to the person, not just the diagnosis.
